Indochine Engineering, with Australian management, was established in Vietnam in 1999.
In October 2020, Indochine Engineering-ICE, was incorporated into Tokyu Construction-TCC from Japan. We still operate as a standalone organization within the embrace of TCC.
Our main offices are in HCMC Vietnam with virtual offices in Singapore and Brisbane. We provide our consulting engineering services to Vietnam and throughout ASEAN (Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia and Myanmar).
We also provide offshoring services to engineers and contractors in Australia, UK, Japan and the USA.
